As a registered Canadian charity, Mercy Ships Canada can receive online donations through CanadaHelps, a secure and easy way to send funds. Through CanadaHelps, you decide how much to give, which charities you want to give to, when to give, what you wish to designate towards within the charity, how often to give and who gets your personal information. Because CanadaHelps is itself a registered charity, you will receive your official tax receipt from CanadaHelps with all the details of when, where and how much you gave.
PayPal
PayPal is another safe, easy way to make your online donations. The service allows anyone to send funds in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. You create your own account with PayPal and when you make a donation to us, PayPal immediately sends an email informing us of your donation. You can make a comment as to how you wish the funds to be designated. Because you are making the donation to Mercy Ships Canada, you will receive an annual official tax receipt from Mercy Ships Canada giving details of your donations.
